I am visiting Milan soon and have read on many websites about happy hour lasting from 6pm-9.30pm and many bars offering a buffet of food with drinks. Is this enough for dinner? If so, where is good?

Hi! The best bar for an “Aperitivo” in Milan is for sure “Diana Majestic” in Viale Piave. If you go there next week which is Fashion Week in Milan you’ll meet some very beautiful people.
There are also other wonderful places such as: Bulgari Resort, Armani Cafe, Marino Alla Scala
