Q&A: How to come up with funny youtube skit ideas?

I make youtube videos, but so far, all of them aren’t really that popular. They are funny to me and my friends, but I want to make videos that get like millions of views, but I can’t ever think of any good skit ideas. How do I come up with good ideas?

Hey.when making a video keep in mind that if its something that i can go outside and do right now, its probably not going to be in my interest to watch. it has to be something new or something that grabs my or the viewers attention. Songs, pranks or just straight up WTF that is hilarious.
btw what if your you tube account name. i want to check out your videos.
