There is only one season to the anime at the moment.

Everybody keep thinking that there’s a season two, There’s a big chance that there wont be. For example, did anyone here ever saw fruit basket? There’s 23 vol and it’s a big hit, but there’s only 26 ep. The funny thing is that there use to be a rumor saying that there’s a season two and stuff too, The fans even got 10000 people to sign this petition for fruit basket to continue,but it never happen. So Gakuen alice would probraly be the same(although I hope not)

There is hope but i doubt season 2 will appear before the manga is finished, i mean look at inuyasha, its been so many years since it stopped and now there’s going to be new episodes because of the manga finishing. I’m guessing it’ll be like that, unless there isn’t any interest in it anymore.
