Question: Can I print things from my computer to other printers in same internet connection?

Me and my roomates use the internet from the same connection. We all have printers to our specific computers. Can I create a document on my computer and print it from my computer on his printer?

Thanks for answers before posting. I wanna do this as a joke and send them stupid things.

Yes. Log on to your room mates PC and go to printer settings. Set to sharing mode. Do the same on yours and add his printer. Then when you go to print just select his model.

Sure, but you would need to set the printer up on a network. You are already networking (because you have other computers using the same internet connection)

Or you may just want to do something more simple such as download:

PRINTERSHARE onto both PCs…

Do a websearch for PRINTERSHARE, Download it, Install it, and Enjoy it!

Since you are not connected to their printers, you cannot create a document and send it to their printer and they cannot create a document and send it to your printer. If their printers have a fax number would be the only way I can think you can do this.
