mahjong is a board game the Asians / Chineese play. in the same way we would play scrabble.
It has small tiles. (chips, counters etc.)
Over dose, is to take to many,
Its a double play on words,, as in take too many to play the game, as in illegal move. and also to swallow too many pills . as in suicide..
but ya kinda gotta see it…
personally I didnt find the joke very funny. you either like woody or you dont…I think
