Question: Do I still have plenty of time to get an 8-cylinder sports car and get a good deal on it?

Unfortunately, it’s looking like SUVs and sports cars and other vehicles with guzzle gas are going to stop being made and no one’s gonna buy them anymore. I would much rather have an 8-cylinder like a Camaro Z28 or a Firebird TransAM. Everyone else might be switching to tiny, unsafe, wimpy Hybrid cars that can’t take a hit in a collison and take all day to go from 0 to 60.
I wouldn’t wanna be caught dead in one of those degrading, ugly vehicles that I find to be a joke. I would much have that 300+ HP from a Firebird or a Camaro. They look more cool, are much faster, and are a little safer in case of an accident.

I hope the decreased sales will mean lower prices, not the other way around.

I’m sure some guy in a viper is saying the same thing about you.Why would anybody drive a wimpy 300 horse camaro or firebird when they can have a 500 hp vette or an even badder 600 hp viper.Lol

I wouldnt’ worry, these transitions don’t happen overnight.

Sure the Camaro and Firebird are lost, but in 2008-09, Chrysler and GM will both debut mean V8 coupes, the Challenger and all-new Camaro.

I wouldn’t worry, there’s always going to be some demand for these things, and they aren’t down to the exclusive stage where there’s only one company making them for ,000 each yet either.

I think that you’re also guilty mixing up cars and hybirds.

Camaro = Car.
Smart4two = Sewing machine posing as a car.

Trust me the V8s are going to be around for a real long time.The american drivers will allways trust the power and life span of the V8 engines.Just look at the past few years as the V8s have gotten smaller and punch out more power than ever before.Long live the V8S. Hope this helps.
