Ok. This worked on me.
First you have to tell your friends to really concentrate for both of these because if they don´t it doesn´t have the same efect. If you want tell them it´s a true story.

There once was a plane flying over the Amazon with an old lady on as a passenger, when it crashed. Everyone survived except the little old lady.
So a few weeks later, this guy is driving in his car and when he looks in the mirror, he sees an old lady knitting in the back seat. When he looks there he sees no one.
A while later, he again sees the lady in his mirror, still kniting.
Again when he looks back no one is there.
All of a sudden when he hits a truck and hears (you scream).

There once was an old lady who lost her leg in a fire and because of that one of her legs was made of wood.
A few years after this she died, and instead of burying her all of her relations leave her in the basement.
So a girl comes along and buys the house and on the first night she moved in she hears: tick, tick, tick. And a voice that says Julia, julia,(try to make it sound ghostly), since you have moved into my house, everynight at midnight you must clean my wooden leg or else….
So everynight Julia cleaned the lady´s leg in the basement. But one night Julia was out with her boyfriend and came back at 12:05. Scared of what might happen she went directly to her room and hid under the covers. A few minutes later she hears:tic,tic,tic. So she closes the room door. But she keeps hearing thee tic,tic,tic everytime louder and louder.
And the she hears the old womans voice saying Julia,julia, JULIA! (on the last julia grab the person by the shoulders suddenly)
