Yes, you can. But you will need the following:
-A license
-A text message address
-A really strong server
-Lots of jokes that teens will enjoy, on the topics:
-Movies and media
-Celebrities
-Knock-Knocks
-One-liners
-Lot of advertisement
-Loads and loads of capital.

This could take years, and if you don’t get much service, could take you a decade of improvements and such.

If you were to set up your server in your basement, it would take up the entire basement. And you can’t run it yourself. You will need to hire some employees to the care of billing, maintenance, security, etc. The service charges will be sent to you though your line of employees.

And no, I am 99.99% sure you can’t run that on your computer.

If you are doing ringtones, then you do the same, except you will need to get lots of music. But we aren’t done. You have to target the prime crowd, which would be teens. Why? Adults don’t care for ringtones. And you don’t even get a cellphone when you’re young. So what music do you offer? You research what music teenagers enjoy, then get the best versions of it. You will then need to tag up with popular companies like Telus, Nokia, and Moto to change the songs based on interface. Then you need to save those songs, and use a different text address for each interface. When user respond to the address with a code, the server response is to upload the song to the user (or download, from the other end).

It’s not all fun and games when you run a business.
