Q&A: On Smackdown 2 years ago, did MNM really mean it when they joked to Animal about his partner Hawk being dead?

Remember when Animal and Heidenrich joined forces against MNM? That same night they joined forces was the same night that MNM decided to make a match against them against The Road Warriors but then one of them jokingly said that they can’t because one of them is dead and all three of them started joking and laughing about it.

I didn’t think that was funny at all.

And if they didn’t mean it and they were just told to act like that on screen by the WWE, then the WWE went too far. I was so shaking my head in disgust when that happened. They need to realize that sometimes they really cross the line a little too far. A real death is nothing to joke about.

no its was in the scriped. like when randy orton was talking trash about eddie guerrero to rey mysterio that was a storyline.

bro it was 2 years ago get over it…its all scripted and the wrestlers get paid to do it wether they like it or not….something that happen 2 years ago shouldnt be brought up now especially since mnm dont exist and both animal and heidenrich dont wrestle anymore for wwe….

it happened according to the storyline… they didnt really mean it. it may have not been funny, but it was needed to be said to justify Animal’s decision to make Hendenreich his partner, and to make a new LOD.
