Q&A: What are some tips to stay happy the whole day?
There’s usually at least one part of the day that I get really grumpy or something but I want to be happy the whole day any tips/ideas?

I like complimenting people! If you walk up to someone on the street and say something as simple as, “Hello, I’m sorry to bother you, but I love your shoes!”, they will automatically smile and their day will be made, and you’ll feel good about causing that! Another thing I do when I start stressing is just getting a piece of paper and writing the lyrics of my favorite “happy song”. It really helps keep me sane!

I find that if I think less about me but can find something nice to say to someone else their response lifts me up. It can be something as simple as, love the colour of your shirt or nice shoes. They are thoughts we often have but seldom say and the pleasure of the person I make the comment to has a way of lifting me.
