Absolutely it can. It can affect how full your bladder feels at any given point, and if it’s pressing on the right nerve it can even make your bladder begin to release on its own (incontinence). I’d suggest talking to your doctor and see if he/she has any suggestions on how to alleviate it; there may be a medication available or even a natural remedy.
