Q&A: Why has she suddenly went “cool” towards me?

My crush and I had been close for about 6 months now (although I have known her for over a year), she stares deep in my eyes when we speak, always stares over at me, gently touces my fingers when we have to hold bags at work, sings songs about my name, asks when I am working and when I am going for my lunch break, she always sits with her legs crossed towards me, teases me in a friendly way and always laughs at things I say even when they are not funny, and nobody else is laughing, she is always really funny and sweet towards me but when she is around others she talks quite crude and bitchy but she has never been like that around me.

She also always wants me to go out to the smoking shelter with her even though I dont smoke so we can “chat”, also if I finish work before her she tells me to hang around so she can talk to me in the shelter when she finishes. I had finished work the other day and she was still there, I was talking to her and then I said “ok I need to go and get some shoping”, she said “well come bak and talk to me before you leave”, she always says I am shy and caring aswell as witty, she always takes an interest in how I am keeping (I havent been well recently), and when I joked that she never calls me she said “I dont have your number, give me it”, I didnt know it off hand so I said I would give her it later and very quickly she was like “here is my number” and wrote it down for me. When I saw her two days later she said “why havent you texted me yet?”, we used to text one another 7 or 8 times per night and also phoned every other day.

It was her birthday last week and her, another friend and I went out for a meal, we had such a fun time, laughing around and by the time we looked at the clock we had been there over two hours, since then she has been quite cool towards me, she hasnt text or phoned and I dont know why, or what I have done? The last time I seen her she was all happy and told me she had a great day, so why the sudden change in her?
I am bi (she doesnt know), I dont know her oriantation but have a suspision she is at least bi, she is 38 and I am 24
