I have a female friend who feels it is disrespectful to joke with your friends. I make fun of her going to clubs and getting numbers, or make jokes about her being a grandma for going to bed at 9. She thinks it’s mean and wrong for friends to joke with each other, and that her other friends never joke around with each other.

Explain to her that it is just joking. Friends tend to kid around and most people understand that but some people are just really sensitive about it. If she still thinks that it’s wrong, make an effort to tone it down when she’s around. Maybe try to stop teasing her, but don’t change your behavior around your other friends.
Making jokes which are funny is fun. Making jokes where someone else is the “joke” is not nice. If you think it’s so funny, why don’t you make fun of yourself, and leave her out of your laugh fest.
I think you should not discuss her as a funny object. Confine your jokes to yourself or things, not sensitive people.
